Becoming a Professional MVP: Seasons Greetings!

Finals are done – thank goodness! Grades are in – fingers crossed! And now it’s time to roast some chestnuts on an open fire…

Listen, we all work so hard throughout the entire year as young professionals trying to make ourselves standout from the crowd. Although it can and probably has been very rewarding at times, it is also mentally and physically exhausting. During this holiday break, I encourage you to take some time and just relax your mind however way you know best. I believe taking time off from the daily grind (every once in a while) is of vital importance to recharge, rejuvenate and revitalize your efforts in becoming the MVP of your organization.

I originally planned on sharing my “Coaching with a Clipboard” tips, but found it more appropriate for today’s post to simply remind you to enjoy the very few quiet moments we have throughout the year.

So I’m offering this simple phrase
To all you Dragons from one to ninety-two
Although it’s been said many times, many ways
Happy Holidays to you

Looking forward to seeing what 2014 has in store for all of you!
